Only the employees who have added their documents and have completed EPFO online KYC registration can avail of the benefits only.

  • Go to the employees’ provident fund organization’s (EPFO) official website portal epfindia.gov.in for UAN KYC updates
  • Then click on the “Services” option present at the top navigation menu
  • Now choose the “For Employees” option
  • Then under the “SERVICES” section choose “Member UAN/ Online Service (OCS/OTCP)

Method 1: EPF Bank Account link online for EPF KYC activation

  • Now Enter your Bank Account Number (two times) and IFSC Code and click on the “Verify IFSC” option

Method 2: Steps for EPFO KYC update using pan card link

  • If you want to do an EPF KYC update using your PAN card details then click on the “PAN” option
  • Now you will see your Name as per PAN
  • Enter your 10-digit PAN Number then
  • Then give the consent to get the OTP on your registered mobile number
  • Now enter the OTP and click “Submit”
  • And after the EPFO KYC approval, you will get a notification on your registered mobile number

Method 3: How to Seed KYC against UAN Online Update Using Passport Details?

  • If you want to do employees provident fund organization KYC update using your passport then click on the “Passport” option
  • Here, you need to add your Passport number with the Validity date of your passport
  • Similarly to previous methods, you need to enter the OTP and click on Submit Button to for doing EPFO KYC online and then wait for the digital signature of the employer to complete the UAN KYC approval process

How Can I Update My KYC in EPF without an employer? | How to Approve KYC in EPF Without Digital Signature?

If you have a bank account in Canara Bank, State Bank of India, and/or Union Bank of India then you can avail the facility to do EPF KYC without the help of an employer. For this follow the below-mentioned steps

  • Login into your EPF Account
  • Now Enter the Bank Account Number that must be of Canara Bank, State Bank of India, or Union Bank of India
  • Now enter the IFSC Code and click on the “Verify IFSC” option
  • Then confirm the consent for sharing your Aadhar Details
  • If your Aadhar is not linked with your EPFO account then firstly, complete the steps to Link Aadhaar with EPF account online
  • Now an OTP will be sent to your mobile number linked with your Aadhar Card
  • Enter the OTP and click on the “Submit” button
  • After submitting the details it will then be approved by your bank itself. By this, your can do approve KYC in EPF without the employer
