I have my SB ac in two of your Branches (Fly Syndicate Bank) one in IAF,Mekri Circle & another in Kempapure,closer to my Residence. Both the Br. were very kinf cooperative & helpful specially people like me who is 88+. Now their attitude is changed deplorably probably because the Br. Manager is changed. Now I will come to my problem.
I have FDs in both Brs. I received the 26AS wherein an amount of Rs. 80000 shown as extra paid. This is probably due to having one common Customer ID for both Brs. Canara Bank Kempapura has shown 280,000 paid as FD Interest including probably 80000 of IAF Br & IAF Br. separately shown 80000 thereby extra 80000. I have sent umpteen e-mails to both Br. Managers & contacting on phone every day. Initially they answered my call & I gave these details ans requested them to check & resolve. Later my calls go unanswered from last one week,everyday making two calls a day go unanswered. I am really very sorry for this. Kindly check my 26AS and rectify or inform me that this is correct. Bank timings is 10 am to 4 pm but Rajajinagar canara bank branch work only 10.30 am to 2.30 pm
When we go to bank after 2.30 pm bank will be closed
If we go to bank in morning employs or so irresponsibly to customers and they will too neglect for customers
